Loudell is a native of Salisbury. She was born and reared here, graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1963. She has enjoyed her 40 + years of real estate sales, helping both buyers and sellers. She has earned several designations in real estate, including the CRS and the CPRES designations. Loudell has been very active in her community serving on a number of civic boards including the Chamber of Commerce; Friends of WorWic Community College Foundation; Habitat for Humanity, Wicomico County; and President of Friends of Coastal Hospice and others. And so, she has many contacts to help you with your sale.

Gee is also a native of Salisbury, a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park in 1971 and he lives here with his wife and grandchildren; he was licensed as a Maryland Realtor in 1965. Gee teaches real estate both nationally and internationally. He is a coach of numerous successful agents around the country, a teacher for the prestigious CRS designation, and is very active in the National Association of Realtors. He has many contacts in the real estate field throughout our nation and the world. A highly respected representative of the real estate community, he has been a broker, a manager, and an owner of his own company and now is an active hands-on local Realtor.
